Our strengths
We do more than keep pace with school: materials, homework and follow-up after lessons are all tailored to each student. With our own bilingual (Japanese–English) materials and steady practice, what students understand stays with them.
Lessons and homework, both tailored to each child
We plan lessons and homework around the school's pace, the pattern of its tests and how well the student understands each topic. We can go back to a topic that caused trouble, or add practice where it is needed. Rather than handing everyone the same fixed worksheets, we work out what each child needs to learn.
Our own materials, matched to what school teaches
We write our own materials, taking the Japanese maths system and re-ordering it to follow each school's curriculum. Alongside unit textbooks, we use check tests, predicted papers before exams and more, linking lessons to revision at home.

From understanding in Japanese to answering in English
With bilingual (Japanese–English) textbooks, questions and explanations, students learn both the thinking and the language they need in exams. We support them all the way from understanding what a question is asking to putting their own reasoning into a written answer.
Practice that carries on outside lessons
Worksheets and our own app are each used for what they do best, so practice continues after the lesson. Through repeated arithmetic and vocabulary drills, topic-by-topic exercises and reviewing mistakes, students learn to use what they have understood on their own.
English too, planned around your goals
Our tutors include holders of qualifications and scores such as Eiken and IELTS, so you can also ask us about preparing for English exams. We decide what to work on alongside schoolwork based on your child's goals and current level.

Alongside lessons with the student's own tutor, our head office team analyses progress, prepares materials and homework, and advises on future pathways. Through monthly meetings and reports, we share with families what to work on next.
